Can it use production customer data?
The official starter prompt says no. Use a fresh test account in staging. If your tracker pasted customer data into the ticket, strip it before the Bot reads the ticket.
Where do test passwords go?
Onto the computer through takeover, not into chat. Remember the computer is shared. A password you type for this Bot is available to the rest of the roster.
